Our Kickboxing program will get you sweating and make you feel good!  These classes are high-energy and involve a lot of partner pad work and cardiovascular conditioning.  This is a low-contact class, where students will learn basic self-defense and sparring techniques, but will not do any sparring.  If a student shows interest in sparring, we will show you how to get started on that training.

Our Kickboxing classes are restricted only to Teens and Adults.
